My sister was taking Alli for about a month and started having gallbladder problems during the time she was on it. Now, 2 months later her gallbladder is working at 19% and needs to come out (actually next wednesday it is) Could the Alli have caused her problems? has anyone heard of this?

How long do the effects last? I have taken no pills in over 24 hours and I am still having stomach issues. I didn’t cheat either. This thing is awful.
