I need to loose about 25-30 pounds. I have tried several expensive diet pills along with exercise over the last few years, but it seems I am just wasting my money on a losing battle. I have actually gained more weight then I have lost. Once on Hydroxycut (before it was ‘reformulated’ about 2 years ago), I did loose 20 pounds in about 4 months But the weight came back on. Honestly, I am just disgusted with myself. I weigh more now then I did at 9 months pregnant with either of my children. I watch my carb intake. I watch my fat intake. I watch my calorie intake. I don’t drink soda. My down-fall is ice cream tho. I usually have a scoop everyday. But really, would cutting out the ice cream be my miracle??? Would I loose 25-30 pounds by not having ice cream? I really don’t think that will do it.

Any help with my Alli decision or any other ideas please.
